你的角色
We are seeking an additional group manager to lead a team in support engineering. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of technical support for our customers while managing and developing a team of support engineers.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our support processes and deliver excellent customer experiences.

你有适当的技术资格, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and some years of experience in management and/or project management.
You possess business acumen skills and knows the importance and value of timely planning and communication.
